Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Due to hygiene reason the shop does not offer any return or exchange. 
  • All sale are final- If your earring, bracelet or necklaces arrive damage, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (after a photo was sent and the article is ship back to the store).
  • Return label will be cover by customer.
  •  If you lost your item and want to do a claim, because of the missing item we are not able to confirm any damage or the item that it is been claim. The claim will not be processed. 
  • Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled after purchase. But if you have any problem with your order please contact us.
